Mohamed Alami BERRADA
Author, Director in a Moroccan industrial group, former advisor to the head of government (2017-2020) and co-founder of the Moroccan Leadership Institute.

Mohamed Alami Berrada, is a director of a Moroccan
industrial group. He was advisor to the Head of
Government (2017-2020), has taught in engineering
engineering schools since 2007. He is also a leadership
leadership.
Since 2011, he has delivered more than fifty
leadership interventions (in short 3-hour training sessions
or 3-day seminars) in Morocco and abroad.
His time with the executive branch has enabled him to adapt
his leadership practices to the design of public policies in the Moroccan context.
Born in Casablanca, in 1979, and a graduate of ESSEC Business School in 2003, he has also completed executive training courses in leadership and public governance at the Harvard Kennedy Shool of Government (2011, 2015, 2021) and in political communication at the Hertie School of Governance - Berlin (2010, 2012).
After 15 years in the private sector in a number of general management positions, he joined the teams of the Head of Government of Morocco, to take charge of the Youth Employment dossier, from 2017 to 2020.
Co-founder of the Tariq Ibnou Ziyad Initiative (TIZI) network in 2011, of the "Les Citoyens" movement in 2016, and a teacher at EHTP from 2007 to 2015, he is a committed player in civil society.
Author of Be miZen, grande fugue et petites réflexions (Senso Unico, 2006) and Lettre à mon fils, être Marocain au XXIe siècle (Senso Unico, 2017), and Le Maroc à venir (Senso Unico, 2020), his various commitments earned him membership of the World Economic Forum's Young Global Leaders network in 2017, and, the Choiseul Institute's 100
African leaders network, in 2019. He is also co-founder of the Moroccan Leadership Institute (M.L.I) in 2021.
Asmae EL HAJJI, Ph.D

Since 2015, Asmae El Hajji has been actively involved in leadership development and capacity building. She holds a PhD in Management Sciences from Cadi Ayyad University, and an Executive Master in Collective Intelligence. She has over a decade's experience in training design and deployment of programs and curricula, notably within major international corporations.
Asmae is also a Laureate of the US state Departement professional Fellows Program - where she did her work-study at Congressman Jim Mac Govern's team office in Massachusetts. She is a university lecturer, trainer and certified facilitator of the Soliya international dialogue program. Her passion for leadership and civic participation led her to chair the Tariq Ibnou Ziad Association in 2018, an NGO working to promote the political participation of young people.
In 2020 she launched Moor a platform whose aim is to foster the capacity building of facilitators, trainers but also volunteers who wish to share their knowledge and expertise, in order to democratize training, learning and skills development for individuals in our community .Currently, Asmae is a board member of the Mentor'Elle association, committed to promoting professional mentoring for women in Morocco. A lover of the coastline, Asmae has a passion for sailing, a competitive sport she discovered between the port of Mohammedia and the renowned "Glénants" school. As a youngster, she won several awards and national championships, and continues to practice this nautical sport today, which inspires her love of leadership and lifelong learning.

Our training model starts by sharing leadership practices and their impact on energizing teams to release potential and achieve results. We put emerging leaders into action so that they can explore and work on their leadership potential by developing a set of skills through role-playing.
Our workshops are inspired by experiential learning methods based on case studies, practical group activities and reflections on participants' experiences, and in some cases lead to performance coaching lasting from 6 to 12 months.
To create the inner triggers that will trigger initiative-taking, increased responsibility and a sense of belonging, we invite inspiring leaders (leadership speakers*) with proven achievements to come and share their career paths and leadership practices.
Taking into account the particularities of each organization, we offer customized programs to meet the specific training and professional development needs of your teams, with the possibility of an individual coaching program for those who express the need. Our coaching offer gives you the opportunity to participate in the construction of the training program, so that it better meets your objectives.
The M.L.I Alumnis network is a network of leaders with a keen understanding of leadership dynamics, adhering to a common set of values, enabling them to connect and synergize, from their different positions, to build, together, a better world.
