Ask a questionHow does a training program work?
Every engagement starts with an initial diagnosis. We then share leadership practices and their impact on team energy, put participants into action (case studies, role plays) and assess what they have learned.
What is your teaching approach?
Our workshops draw on experiential learning: case studies, practical group activities, reflection on participants’ experience and, in some cases, 6 to 12 months of follow-up. Inspiring leaders also share their journeys.
Do you offer tailor-made training?
Yes. Taking each organization’s specifics into account, we build a program with you that fits your teams’ needs, with optional individual coaching.
Who can join the Leadership Journey?
The inter-company track welcomes cohorts of 12 to 15 participants aged 28 to 48, with at least 5 years of professional experience including 3 in team management. An in-company version is also available.
